After managing to piss off DJ Hektik eventually (and receiving the appropriate response) in 2007, Typecell does not want to be affiliated with T-FREE anymore. So he demanded his T-FREE-3EP008 tunes be taken off the server.

These tunes have been released under a by-nc-nd creative common license (like all T-FREE tunes) and are thus legally free to be re-distributed by everybody, naturally including the label which released them under the creative commons license in the first place.

Nonetheless, the mp3s have been taken off this server (on 2009-09-11) to avoid further silly and time-consuming quarreling.

Needless to say, the tunes still are and probably will always be available as 320 kbps mp3s on the internet. For example, you can just download them from this old Northern American mirror (defunct since 2007, but still online) or Soulseek, browse for them in p2p (and bittorrent) networks or just search for more of the many alternative sources via Google.
